In episode 3, Heart to heart, I considered heart intelligence. In this episode, I explore the brain, sometimes described as the most complex system in the universe.
The numbers are mind-boggling, but the key idea I’d like to share with you here, is how the different areas of the brain work together to create a unified whole experience. How this working together produces a phenomenon known as “integration” - the creation of mutually beneficial bonds between highly differentiated parts.
We experience integration through flow and harmony, so, my playlist of music to accompany this episode focuses on harmony.
I mention a book by Dr Dan Siegel, “Mindsight”, and I also mention a book by Candace Pert, “Molecules of Emotion”.
You can find the video of Dan’s “hand model of the brain” on Youtube, here
Hello to Sheena and Ellice Milton, and here’s the video of Paul Anderson performing the tune he wrote for Ellice

Do tell me about the other tracks you come up with.
